Cancellation Policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations are required within 24hr of your purchase. If you do not notify us within this time frame, we will be unable to provide a refund or compute any changes to your order. 

Refunds & Guarantee Policy

In order to qualify for the 60-day guarantee, you must provide a written document detailing your experience using the product. From the start of your treatment to the end. 

We are pleased to offer a comprehensive 60-day, 100% refund policy for customers who do not experience results after using our product for 60 days. Please note that we will refund up to $45 so that you can try up to 2 bottles of our drops risk free. If you would like to order more than 2 bottles in your first order, we recommend that you order less so that your family can try them first. Thanks so much for your understanding! 

Please note, if you have placed many orders, you are only eligible for 1 refund under this 60-day guarantee. This is in place to avoid misuse of our terms.

Additionally, we do not issue refunds for shipping delays, as these are beyond our control.

To initiate a refund, please email us at support@neurodrops.store and provide your order number and reason for the refund.

All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollar (USD), the same as the original purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for any fees associated with foreign currency transactions or exchange rates.

Returns

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we aim to prioritize safety and proper hygiene, therefore we only accept returns under the following conditions:
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Additionally, all customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns, and a $2 restocking fee will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and quality control reasons.

The Neurodrops Club is a VIP membership that gives you access to exclusive offers, rewards, and insider perks. When you join, you’ll receive a 28-day free trial to explore the full benefits of the club—completely risk-free.

After the trial ends, your paid membership will begin automatically unless cancelled before the 28-day period is over. Once the paid membership starts, all charges are final and non-refundable, as rewards and access are granted immediately.

If you would like to cancel your subscription, please head to our portal.

From there you may login with the email you used to create your order, head to "My Subscriptions", and cancel your subscription.

Product Concerns

We take product safety seriously and encourage our customers to use our products safely and responsibly. Please follow all proper usage instructions and safety precautions provided with your product and all available resources found on our website. Failure to do so may result in damage or injury, for which we cannot be held responsible, and any resulting refunds or replacements will be at our discretion.

We will assist you with any concerns or questions you may have.

Order Issues: Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. We consider an item damaged if it has a defect or if the product is physically broken. Damaged packaging that occurred during shipping, such as dented boxes, etc., with a product in good condition, is not considered damage.

We kindly ask that all customers inspect their orders upon delivery. If your order is missing items, contains incorrect products, or arrives damaged, please report the issue within 30 days of the delivery date.
To file a claim, email us at support@neurodrops.store with the following:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos (for damaged or incorrect items)
Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate any issues reported beyond the 30-day window. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other factors and issues that may occur during shipping. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent activity, we verify all billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the information on file with the payment processor. We also monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and may request additional information from the customer to verify the transaction. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer immediately.

By purchasing and continuing to use Neurodrops™ products, customers are indicating their acceptance of this Return & Refund Policy.
